Made-to-Order Products

Unless otherwise clearly indicated on the applicable product page, products sold by Maison Ein Od Milvado are made to order. Made-to-order products are prepared, produced, or sourced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because production is initiated specifically for each customer, made-to-order products cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has entered processing or production, except where:

• A refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Once a made-to-order purchase has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled because resources, materials, labor, or supplier commitments may already have been allocated specifically to that order.

Order Acceptance

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

We are not responsible for a package delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Additional shipping or replacement costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

Change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or another customer ordering error does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund after a made-to-order purchase has entered processing or production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
